Birth Positions & Comfort measures with Partners

Book a 2 hour session with me and your partner so you have some techniques and positions to feel as comfortable as possible in labour.

 

What we cover:

- Positions which support your physiology and anatomy to create as much space and comfort for your baby to navigate their way through your pelvis during the early stages of labour.

- Learn how you can optimise a birthing ball for preparing for labour and for comfort during labour.

- Learn positions which can support you during the pushing phase of labour.

- Learn breathing techniques to help you relax as much as possible in the lead up to birth and during labour.

- Learn massage techniques, counter pressure techniques and ways your partner can support you during labour.

We can do this privately at your home or book a space in the Caversham area of Reading.

 

This can be booked for just you and your partner or for up to 4 couples. Get in touch to book a session
